The Traulsen UPT4812-LR is a 48″ compact sandwich prep table with raised cover and self-contained refrigeration, designed for high-volume commercial sandwich and salad preparation. Featuring stainless steel construction and R-290 refrigerant, this unit maintains temperatures between 34°F and 38°F (1.1°C–3.3°C) and meets NSF Standard 7 performance even with 6″ deep pans.
